When search for a place to settle down and call home, many factors may play into one's decision, such as safety and criminal activity, proximity to incredible restaurants and exciting nightlife, and access to quality health care or education. However, one of the biggest concerns when it comes to finding a home is the price. While there are plenty of more affordable places to live around the state, if you're looking for something a bit more extravagant, it will come with a heftier price tag.

According to a list compiled by Family Handyman, the most expensive neighborhood in all of Tennessee is like no surprise: Nashville and the 37215 zip code. Music City has grown in popularity over the last several years, and its desirability has begun to reflect in its home values.

Here's what the site had to say about the most expensive zip code in the state:

"The capital of Tennessee, Nashville is home to legendary music venues like the Grand Ole Opry House. It offers the ideal mix of its historic country roots and its hipster and rock 'n' roll present. The median home value here is $745,800."
