Singer and reality star of “Preachers of L.A.” Deitrick Haddon has found himself caught up in more drama than he signed up for after nude photos and text messages from a past alledged affair have surfaced online.
FunkyDineva.com recently posted the photos and emails D Haddy supposedly exchanged with his mistress in 2008.
Allegedly the photos, emails and nude pics were provided by the woman Haddon cheated on his first wife Damita with.
Please keep in mind that the photos are from 2008 and since then, Deitrick and Damita have divorced over what he claims is an affair that she had with another person in gospel. He has now married Dominique whom he had a child out of wedlock that caused a lot of controversy.
Bishop T.D. Jakes will grace the cover of the November edition of JET Magazine. During the interview Bishop opened up about the moment during Megafest at his church, when Tyler Perry laid hands on him during Sunday morning worship service.
“When you start talking about prayer, no one is exempt from the need of it,” Bishop explained. “It doesn’t matter who it comes from as long as it comes from a place of purity.”
Many have criticized Tyler Perry praying for Bishop Jakes saying it was either staged or out of order and have chastised Jakes for taking part in such a “spectacle.”
The event took place on Sept. 1 at Potter’s House where Perry had just donated $1 million to TD Jakes ministries toward the construction of a youth center in Dallas. Afterwards Perry began to exhort and encourage the congregation to ignore haters then proceeded to speak in tongues and then layed hands on Bishop Jakes and prayed for him.
“I pray the power of God all over you. I pray His favor, I pray the blood of Jesus will come upon you right now. Keep you in His care. God, I thank You for your blessings!”
“When I’m asked what does filmmaking have to do with being a member of the clergy, I often direct them back to Jesus who told parables,” he told JET.
“If those stories were put to screen, they would be movies. The great commission calls Christians to go into the world and spread the Good News. We can use television, we can use books, but there are more people in the theaters on Friday nights than the pews on Sunday morning.”
The 44th Annual Dove Awards were held last night.

This is so shameful and embarrassing!!!!! We better pray for our nation!!!!!!
On Saturday there was a glitch in the EBT/Food Stamp debit card system in 17 different states including Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana.
In Springhill and Mansfield, LA people took full advantage of the kindness of retail giant Walmart and cleared the shelves of practically everything at the local Walmart outlets Saturday evening.
The stores allowed purchases on EBT cards even though they were not showing limits. It doesn’t take much to imagine how that went...According to KSLA TV:
The chaos that followed ultimately required intervention from local police, and left behind numerous carts filled to overflowing, apparently abandoned when the glitch-spurred shopping frenzy ended.
Springhill Police Chief Will Lynd confirms they were called in to help the employees at Walmart because there were so many people clearing off the shelves. He says Walmart was so packed, “It was worse than any black Friday” that he’s ever seen.
Lynd explained the cards weren’t showing limits and they called corporate Walmart, whose spokesman said to let the people use the cards anyway. From 7 to 9 p.m., people were loading up their carts, but when the cards began showing limits again around 9, one woman was detained because she rang up a bill of $700.00 and only had .49 on her card. She was held by police until corporate Walmart said they wouldn’t press charges if she left the food.
Lynd says at 9 p.m., when the cards came back online and it was announced over the loud speaker, people just left their carts full of food in the aisles and left.
“Just about everything is gone, I’ve never seen it in that condition,” said Mansfield Walmart customer Anthony Fuller.
The Legendary Andrae Crouch had a medical scare Sunday Night in his home in Los Angeles, CA.
The gospel great was rushed to a nearby hospital after getting sick in the shower.
The 71-year-old Grammy and multiple award winner shared that he was “overcome by heat” during his shower … and shouted for his assistant and his twin sister to call for help.
An ambulance arrived to the scene — and Crouch was transported to a nearby hospital. A few hours later, doctors determined Crouch was OK, and he was cleared to go home.
TMZ spoke to Crouch … who tells us he suffers from diabetes and suspects his condition contributed to the incident in the shower.
In an update Andrae Crouch says he feels better now, but adds, “Diabetes is no fun.”
He also wanted to express, “Thanks to all my fans for all your prayers and support.”
To say that Mogul Tyler Perry has made a name for himself in Hollywood is an understatement. Tyler has scripted television series, movies and his stage plays, but now he has set his sites on animation.
Perry is gearing up for an animated film called “Madea’s Kids.” This feature film will target children and the details are still forming.
Later this year, Tyler Perry returns to the big screen with his holiday film, “A Madea Christmas” which opens in theaters on Dec. 13, 2013.
Check out the trailer from "A Madea Christmas" below:
