President Barack Obama’s re-election Tuesday became the most tweeted-about event in U.S. political history. The president’s tweet of ‘Four more years’ following his victory then became the most retweeted message of all time.  (It has more than 714,000 retweets as of this posting.)

NBA All-Stars in the president’s corner showed their support on Twitter as well.

Reigning MVP LeBron James began with the hashtag #ObamaStillPrez shortly after 11 p.m. Tuesday night when Obama was declared victorious. In 2010, James played hoops with Obama, along with other stars like Carmelo Anthony and teammate Dwyane Wade. Obama famously “approved” of a vicious James dunk earlier this summer at a Team USA-Brazil exhibition in D.C.

LeBron showed on Twitter that the president has his approval, too.
