Charlotte, NC– If you know Pastor John P. Kee, there were times when you may have heard him talk about his Grandmother, Mrs. Ethel G. Shannon.  He would often say, “I truly loved her” and made his feelings known to anyone who would listen! 

Over the weekend, Pastor John P.Kee’s beloved grandmother made her transition to be with the Lord.  Mrs. Ethel G. Shannon, John’s maternal grandmother, played a very pivotal role in his upbringing and remained a consistent source of spiritual guidance in his life.

 Pastor Kee’s said, “Heaven is rejoicing, the angels are singing and the saints are welcoming her home.”  These were his comments after his grandmother died on Friday night “@ exactly 8p.m.”
