We've gone over this before, but it's worth repeating! This is a quick plan that allows you to glide into those fun, festive, food days. I will list your dinner guidelines that you should follow for 1 complete week. Don't cheat! Let's get started!
MONDAY
Vegetarian day - Only vegetables all day. (Broccoli, carrots, and corn)
TUESDAY
Vegetarian day - Again, only veggie plates. (Green beans, sweet potato, salad)
WEDNESDAY
Free Day!!!! You can eat meat today, but make sure you eat some vegetables with it and a salad
THURSDAY
Vegetarian day - Back to veggies only but you can do pasta (Peas, and carrots)
FRIDAY
Vegetarian day - Dinner salad (romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, sprouts, dried cranberries, nuts.)
SATURDAY
Seafood Day
SUNDAY
Free day - have a full dinner!!!
